The Small Industries Development Bank of India, known as the SIDBI, has shared a new notification about the Grade A jobs and the Grade B jobs for the year of the 2025. A two-year full-time MBA or PGDM is also accepted for these vacancies. Some roles may ask for 2 years of experience in banking or finance. For the section of the Grade B, candidates need a degree and about 4.5 to 5 years of work experience, depending on the stream. For example, Legal roles need an LLB with legal experience, and IT roles need B.Tech or MCA with IT experience.
